- Initial Consultation: We start by scheduling an initial consultation where I get to know you, your design preferences, and your project goals. This helps me develop a clear understanding of your vision.
- Space Planning: Next, I analyze the space and create a detailed floor plan that optimizes the flow, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the area. This ensures a seamless design layout.
- Design Concept Development: Based on our understanding of your preferences, I’ll develop a comprehensive design concept that includes color schemes, materials, furniture styles, lighting, and other key elements that will bring your vision to life.
- Selection of Finishes: I’ll assist you in choosing finishes such as flooring, wall treatments, countertops, and cabinetry, ensuring they align with the overall design concept and your personal taste.
- Furniture and Fixture Procurement: I will handle the procurement process for all furniture, fixtures, and accessories needed for the project, carefully selecting items that fit within your budget and design requirements.
- Collaboration with Tradespeople: Working closely with trusted tradespeople, such as contractors, electricians, and painters, I’ll oversee the construction and installation process to ensure quality and adherence to the design plan.
- Project Management: I take on the role of project manager, coordinating schedules, deliveries, and installations to keep the project on track and ensure timely completion.
- Styling and Decor: Once the construction is finished, I focus on styling and decor. I’ll carefully curate and arrange accessories, artwork, and other decorative elements that complement the overall design concept and enhance the space.
